I will send you the draft, as well as the progress for approval before I proceed to finish the piece.

Please be aware that you are allowed to make 3 minor changes. Exceeding the limit may include additional fees. Mistakes or misunderstanding on my end will be fixed without additional payment.

It may take days up to a month depending on the complexity and my schedule.

I have the right to decline the order should I find the theme to be too detailed or uncomfortable. These include: NSFW, Heavy gore, Mecha, etc. Lighter versions of these themes may be discussed and accepted.

Refusing to pay after the sketch will have you blacklisted, and I will have 20% of the full price for the sketch.

I will work on whoever comes first in the queue.

As the artist of the commissioned work, I retain the full rights to use it personally such as: posting it online, including it in my portfolio or use it as an example for future commissions or prints.

You are allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use and post it online, as long as I am properly credited. Either with a link to my profile, my tag, or mention.

Do not use my art work for commercial purposes, remove or modify my watermark and my artwork, or take credit of the commissioned piece. Any unauthorized prints are not allowed.

You must pay 50% upfront and before I send the final piece. First half must be done within a week upon requesting a commission.

Payment will only be done via PayPal invoice or GCash

I will only start to paint after the payment has been completed.

I am not accepting refunds unless I'm unable to do your commissioned piece or before I start the sketch.
